Project Description : Freevision was appointed as the Project Manager and Authorized Person to oversee the renovation work at Sheung Shui Centre Shopping Arcade and the Main Entrance Foyer at G/F. The shopping arcade comprises 5,000 m2 of detail space in the commercial podium at Sheung Shui Centre.

Renovation and Fitting out works for Elderly Centres and Youth Centres for CFSC

Renovation for activity centre for The Tsung Tsin Mission of HK Social Service Ltd

Project Description : Freevision was appointed as consultant for the renovation work of the activity centre at Shamshuipo. Our services include preparing of tender drawings and document as well as responsible for the site supervision work during the construction period of the project.

Alteration and Additions works for Maritime Square, Tsing Yi

Project Description : Freevision was engaged as the design consultant and Authorized Person for a major internal layout rectification and renovation works at the 8,700 m2 shopping arcade at Maritime Square at Tsing Yi MTR Station.

Alteration and Renovation for Chai Wan Baptist Church Community Health Clinic
Client : Chai Wan Baptist Church Community Health Clinic
Project Description : Freevision was appointed as the Project Manager, design consultant and Authorized Person for the renovation work of a community health clinic with a scale of about 700 m2 comprising dental, chinese medical, physiotherapy, general clinic services. Apart from the overall project management services, we provide particular advice on the design and statutory requirements relevant to the use and operation of a clinic.

A&A works for Po Kok Secondary School
Client : Po Kok Secondary School
Project Description : Freevision was appointed as the Consultant to provide the Architectural, Structural Engineering and Building Service Engineering services for the major extension and alteration & addition project at an existing secondary school complex at Tseung Kwan O. Our services include design, tendering, site supervision and provide contract administration services for the project. The work involved conversion of the existing basketball court to lecture hall at 5/F.

Feasibility study for space development for Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts campus
Client : HKAPA
Project Description : Freevision was appointed as the lead consultant for a feasibility study of a major extension and A&A works for the HKAPA campus at Wanchai.  The proposed extension involves addition of 10,048 m2 of education and performance space for the Academy at its roof levels and an extension block.  Our services include design study and associates assessment on statutory requirements as well as buildability and cost study.

Fire Safety Improvement Works for Luk Kwok Centre, Wanchai
Client : Luk Hoi Tung Co Ltd
Project Description : Freevision was appointed as the building consultant and Authorized Person for the fire safety upgrading and improvement works required by the Fire Safety Directions under the Fire Safety (Commercial Premises) Ordinance . The building (total 32 storeys) is a composite hotel and office building comprises 13 storeys of office spaces and 11 storeys of hotel uses.

Fire Safety Improvement Works for Kowloon Building, Kowloon
Client : Henderson Land Development Co Ltd.
Project Description : Freevision was appointed as the building consultant and Authorized Person for the fire safety upgrading and improvement works required by the Fire Safety Directions under the Fire Safety (Commercial Premises) Ordinance. The building (total 23 storeys) is a commercial building comprises 19 storeys of office spaces and 4 storeys of shops.

Renovation of Wesley Hong Kong at Wanchai
Client : An international hotel operator
Project Description : Freevision is appointed as Authorized Person and licensing consultant for the hotel and restaurant reprofiling and renovation works at Wesley Hong Kong at Wanchai.  We provide design, statutory control advice and licensing consultancy services to the Client on this project.  The hotel comprises 251 no. of hotel rooms and 835 m2 catering accommodation.

Restaurant license for “Domain” at Manulife Finance Centre, Kwun Tong
Client : A local developer
Project Description : Freevision was appointed as consultant to give advices on license requirements for café & lounge, to prepare general restaurant / light refreshment and liquor license submissions to the relevant Government Departments for the restaurant at Manulife Finance Centre. The restaurant comprises a space of 1,134 m2 providing general western restaurant service with meeting function.

Independent Checker Services and Building Maintenance Manual Consultancy Service for New International Mail Centre at Kowloon Bay
Client : Penta Ocean Construction Co Ltd. / MTR Corporation Limited
Project Description : Freevision was appointed as the Independent Checker (“IC”) to comment and monitor provision of necessary maintenance requirements for the construction of a new International Mail Centre at Kowloon Bay for relocation of the existing one at Hunghom and act as the Registered Building Professional (“RBP”) to prepare a Building Maintenance Manual for the project.

Pre-OP Inspection for a new domestic building at Gloucester Road

Project Description : Freevision was appointed as the Independent Checker (“IC”) to carry out site inspection and verification for a new residential development at Gloucester Road to identify any major discrepancy between the latest approved plans and the as-built conditions as well as any non-compliance with the statutory requirements.

Pre-OP Inspection for a new residential development at Lok Wo Shan, Ma On Shan

Project Description : Freevision was appointed as the Independent Checker (“IC”) to carry out site inspection and verification for a new residential development at Lok Wo Shan, Ma On Shan to identify any major discrepancy between the latest approved plans and the as-built conditions as well as any non-compliance with the statutory requirements.

Condition Survey for Buildings Aged 30 or above of HKSAR
Client : Architectural Services Department
Project Description : Freevision was appointed as Independent Checker to carry out verification check for the building inspection reports and repair and maintenance proposal prepared by the maintenance contractors and consultants appointed by ASD for various government properties.

The audit check aims to ensure the completeness, accuracy and quality of reports and to provide advice to ASD on the overall quality of the condition survey reports prepared by the Term Maintenance Contractor.

Curtain Wall Inspection and Repair for an office building at Kimberley Street, Tsimshatsui

Project Description : Freevision was appointed as the Project Manager to supervise the curtain wall remedial works for a commercial building at Tsimshatsui.

Renovation for St. Thomas the Apostle Church at Tsing Yi
Client : Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong Diocesan Building and Development Commission
Project Description: Freevision is appointed as the Project Manager to provide consultancy services for renovation of church and kindergarten complex at St. Thomas the Apostle Church at Tsing Yi.

Freevision was appointed to act as the building consultant to review the Barrier Free Access (“BFA”) provisions in over 500 government premises managed and maintained by Architectural Services Department.

The consultancy services include the carrying out of site inspections to the existing BFA facilities or provisions in the government premises, identifying and verifying any non-compliance against the current statutory requirements, proposing rectification and improvement works for enhancing the BFA provisions.
